Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Monitor and arrange settlement of loaned securities within industry-standard systems.
  • Perform reconciliations between cash and securities systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Organize recalls for outstanding loan positions based on client sales activity.
  • Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies with brokers and clients.
  • Collaborate with auditors and risk management teams to collect test samples.
  • Prepare detailed reports on trade fails and communicate findings effectively.
  • Adapt to changing business environments and contribute to special projects.
  • Support operational efficiency through proactive problem-solving and teamwork.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in securities lending or related operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.
  • Flexibility to adapt to extended work hours based on business needs.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize regular duties alongside project work.
  • Experience with industry-standard securities systems is preferred.
