Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitor and arrange settlement of loaned securities within industry-standard systems.
- Perform reconciliations between cash and securities systems to ensure accuracy.
- Organize recalls for outstanding loan positions based on client sales activity.
- Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies with brokers and clients.
- Collaborate with auditors and risk management teams to collect test samples.
- Prepare detailed reports on trade fails and communicate findings effectively.
- Adapt to changing business environments and contribute to special projects.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in securities lending or related operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.
