Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent leadership experience in Labor and Delivery.
- Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in managing departmental budgets and resources effectively.
