Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Answer and route incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Sort, scan, and index incoming mail and correspondence efficiently.
- File hardcopy batches of indexed documents daily.
- Process outgoing correspondence using mail/postage machines.
- Verify enrollment forms and notify regarding missing or invalid documents.
- Order office supplies and assist with facility requests.
- Greet visitors and handle incoming deliveries professionally.
- Participate in special projects and provide input for workflow improvements.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
