Overview
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of full-cycle weekly payroll for contingent workforce.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with employees to address payroll inquiries and manage support email.
- Review and validate personnel timesheets using electronic time and attendance software.
- Audit payroll changes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Process payroll taxes and support new tax registrations as required.
- Handle deductions, vacation, sick, and holiday payouts efficiently.
- Generate weekly payroll reports and assist with special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience; 6 years preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic time and attendance software is essential.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
