Overview

  • Join a dynamic corporate tax team to manage federal tax compliance for partnerships, corporations, and holding entities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare federal tax returns for partnerships and corporate entities, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Estimate quarterly taxable income and manage associated reporting requirements.
  • Oversee third-party service providers, reviewing their work for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide insights for strategic planning.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and standardized organizational systems.
  • Assist in implementing tax strategies aligned with legislative developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tax processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience, with partnership tax compliance expertise.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ASC 740 and information reporting.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
