Overview

  • Lead strategic accounting initiatives, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC standards in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

  • Provide expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and IPO readiness to support organizational expansion.
  • Develop and refine financial models and forecasts to optimize business strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Advise clients on complex financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements and regulatory filings with precision.
  • Develop and analyze financial models to support strategic organizational decisions.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience; 10 years preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver results.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
