Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience collaborating with executive leadership to drive strategic HR planning and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale HR functions internationally, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build effective relationships across all levels.
