Overview

  • Lead ground-up construction projects for manufacturing facilities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion across diverse locations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline operations and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client specifications throughout all phases of construction.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering collaboration and excellence in execution.
  • Travel extensively to oversee multiple projects, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to align project outcomes with their vision and expectations effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively addressing challenges to maintain momentum and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent in construction management or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management, focusing on manufacturing and industrial facilities.
  • Proven expertise in ground-up construction, cold storage, and light industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to oversee multiple projects across various locations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools to optimize workflows and reporting.
