Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer operational and regulatory processes for diverse investment funds, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate the preparation and review of shareholder reports, prospectuses, and other regulatory filings.
- Support the development and registration of new investment products, driving innovation in fund offerings.
- Ensure accuracy in fund accounting, including NAV calculations and reconciliations.
- Manage relationships with custodians, fund accountants, auditors, and other external partners.
- Collaborate on governance and risk management initiatives to safeguard fund operations.
- Monitor and adapt to regulatory changes affecting investment vehicles, ensuring compliance.
- Review fund documentation in collaboration with legal and compliance teams, ensuring accuracy and adherence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of fund administration experience; 15 years preferred for senior-level expertise.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SEC filings and Investment Company Act of 1940 requirements.
- Proficiency in blockchain data analysis, staking rewards, and crypto custody auditing is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and with external partners.
- CPA or equivalent certification is preferred for advanced financial expertise.
