Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Process and reconcile trades, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Assist traders with allocations and settlement processes for TBA/MBS transactions.
• Confirm trade execution details and address discrepancies promptly.
• Support desk-side operations to facilitate seamless trade activities.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trade support workflows.
• Provide training and guidance to new team members as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Preferred 1 year of experience in trade support or related operations.
• Strong understanding of TBA/MBS trade processes and financial operations.
• Proficiency in trade reconciliation and settlement procedures.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address trade discrepancies.
