Overview

  • Lead high-profile commercial construction projects, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction through strategic leadership and effective project management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 15+ years of progressive construction management experience, including leadership of large-scale projects.
  • Proven expertise in commercial, healthcare, higher education, or industrial construction sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on mentoring and developing project teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-relations abilities to foster successful partnerships.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and financial controls.
  • Experience in implementing safety programs and operational best practices for project success.
