Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee projects with budgets exceeding $50M, including healthcare, aviation, and federal sectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and addressing challenges proactively.
  • Ensure quality control and risk management throughout all phases of construction projects.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Utilize expertise in ground-up construction to deliver projects successfully and efficiently.
  • Foster a culture of safety and compliance within project teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction.
  • Experience managing projects exceeding $50M in budget is highly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in ground-up construction and navigating complex regulatory environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, aviation, and federal construction projects is advantageous.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
