Job Description

Overview

  • Work as a Project Engineer in the construction industry, contributing to project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation to ensure project compliance.
  • Coordinate with project teams to maintain schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving for construction challenges.
  • Assist in procurement and management of construction materials and resources.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Support the implementation of innovative construction solutions and technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of six months of construction experience, including internships or full-time roles.
  • Proficiency in construction terminology such as RFIs and submittals.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for effective project management.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
  • Familiarity with construction safety standards and quality assurance practices.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the construction engineering field.
  • Preferred one year of experience in construction or related roles.
