Overview

- Supervise nursing personnel and clinical teams to promote safe, high-quality patient care within perioperative services.
- Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and leadership to support positive surgical outcomes.
- Oversee infection prevention initiatives, risk management activities, and facility safety programs.
- Act as a communication liaison between clinical departments and executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory survey processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff performance and patient flow efficiency.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Direct and supervise nursing personnel and clinical support teams across the facility.
- Promote the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.

Job Requirements
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in operating room settings; three years preferred.
- Previous leadership or management experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulatory survey processes strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor staff effectively in a fast-paced environment.
