Overview
- Serve as a key HR coordinator, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes for finance, technology, and IT roles.
- Collaborate with internal and external recruiters to manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely feedback.
- Coordinate interview schedules, track progress, and maintain detailed records of recruitment activities.
- Work onsite four days a week with a remote day on Fridays for flexibility.
- Contribute to filling 100 roles within the year, focusing on finance and banking-related positions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain high standards in recruitment processes.
- Provide administrative support to senior recruiters and HR teams to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
- Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on candidate status.
- Assist in onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for finance-related roles.
- Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with remote recruiters and HR professionals to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Provide administrative support to HR teams, including documentation and reporting.
- Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams to facilitate decision-making processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR coordination or recruitment; 4 years preferred.
- Strong background in finance or banking recruitment is essential.
- Proficiency in scheduling, onboarding, and managing recruitment pipelines.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
