Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a key HR coordinator, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes for finance, technology, and IT roles.
  • Collaborate with internal and external recruiters to manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely feedback.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, track progress, and maintain detailed records of recruitment activities.
  • Work onsite four days a week with a remote day on Fridays for flexibility.
  • Contribute to filling 100 roles within the year, focusing on finance and banking-related positions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain high standards in recruitment processes.
  • Provide administrative support to senior recruiters and HR teams to streamline operations.
  • Opportunity to extend contract duration based on performance and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
  • Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on candidate status.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for finance-related roles.
  • Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with remote recruiters and HR professionals to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to HR teams, including documentation and reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams to facilitate decision-making processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR coordination or recruitment; 4 years preferred.
  • Strong background in finance or banking recruitment is essential.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, onboarding, and managing recruitment pipelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards in recruitment processes.
  • Ability to work onsite four days a week with one remote day.
