Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards throughout project execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project operations.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address deviations from planned outcomes.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate with design teams to finalize project plans and specifications, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiations, to secure necessary resources.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality benchmarks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 7 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects, including ground-up and renovation works.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling and reporting.
