Job Description

Overview

  • Manage light industrial construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, budgets, and schedules aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively addressing challenges to maintain schedules and budgets.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting milestones and performance metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and minimizing financial risks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the industrial or commercial construction sector.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, ensuring efficient planning and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing diverse teams effectively.
  • Ability to travel within the Southeastern United States as required by project needs.
  • Preferred 7 years of experience in project management roles, showcasing advanced expertise.
