- Serve as a backup for various operational tasks, including accounting and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and verify regulatory reports such as FR 2420, FR 2900, and FFIEC 002.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement automation projects and enhance reporting tools.
- Analyze reporting instructions and conduct variance analyses to ensure compliance.
- Validate transaction changes, ensuring accuracy in regulatory submissions.
- Partner with external entities to maintain compliance and correctness in reporting.
- Assist in compliance procedures and support departments in reporting enhancements.
- Document and analyze outcomes from quarterly meetings to inform strategic decisions.
- Contribute to special projects and additional tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office products.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Versatility to work independently or collaboratively on multiple projects.
