Overview

  • Lead the surgical services department to deliver exceptional patient care and operational excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance departmental performance and service delivery standards.
  • Foster a collaborative culture among interdisciplinary teams to achieve superior patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the surgical services department, including staffing, budgeting, and policy development.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability and excellence in clinical practices and patient care.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with leadership experience being advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and departmental operations effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards in healthcare settings.
