Overview

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for diverse business functions, ensuring seamless candidate experiences and meeting organizational hiring goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using advanced recruitment tools and methodologies.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and pipeline health, to optimize hiring processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company hiring policies.
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines to meet organizational diversity goals and enhance talent acquisition efforts.
  • Deliver exceptional communication and partnership with stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Support recruitment for technical roles and other specialized positions across the organization.
  • Contribute to the organization's strategic talent acquisition initiatives and overall success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage offer processes, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines across various business functions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and executives to meet organizational hiring needs.
  • Support recruitment for technical roles and specialized positions, ensuring high-quality hires.
  • Contribute to strategic talent acquisition initiatives and organizational success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–6 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting sales roles and technical requirements.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and pipeline generation.
  • Knowledge of employment regulations and hiring policies.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions across diverse business functions.
  • Comfortable filling technical requirements and specialized roles such as General Counsel.
  • Foundational understanding of technical terminology and current hiring trends.
