Overview

  • Contribute to a growing architecture firm specializing in unique, high-quality projects with a focus on interior architecture and corporate headquarters.
  • Coordinate interior architecture projects from design development through construction documentation and permitting phases.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project vision and objectives are met effectively.
  • Utilize Revit for all architectural design and documentation tasks, ensuring precision and efficiency.
  • Leverage SketchUp for design visualization and Adobe Suite for presentation materials.
  • Work closely with the team to integrate interior design elements into architectural projects seamlessly.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Develop construction documentation and life safety plans in compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
  • Utilize Revit for detailed architectural design and documentation tasks, ensuring precision and efficiency.
  • Prepare design presentations using Adobe Suite and SketchUp to effectively communicate project concepts.
  • Oversee permitting processes and construction administration to ensure successful project execution.
  • Mentor junior architects and designers, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth by delivering high-quality work and building strong client relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in architecture and interior design coordination.
  • Proficiency in Revit is mandatory; experience with SketchUp and Adobe Suite is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of life safety plans, codes, and permitting processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Experience in corporate headquarters and interior finish-out projects is an advantage.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members are highly valued.
