Job Description

Overview

  • Support the firm's fund finance strategy, including Middle Market CLOs, ABL, and structured finance solutions.
  • Oversee daily compliance reporting for CLOs and leverage facilities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables, including trustee reporting and borrowing base reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of operational data strategies, identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Coordinate with loan administrators, trustees, and service providers to ensure operational controls and data accuracy.
  • Perform reconciliations across multiple service providers and systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on strategic technology initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support Investor Relations, Accounting, and Compliance teams with DDQs, RFPs, and ad hoc requests.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide operational oversight and expertise in fund finance strategies and structured finance solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with daily and periodic reporting requirements for CLOs and leverage facilities.
  • Manage trustee reporting, payment date reporting, and borrowing base reporting processes.
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve operational processes and data strategies.
  • Oversee loan administrators and trustees, ensuring accurate data capture and operational controls.
  • Perform reconciliations across service providers to maintain data consistency and integrity.
  • Collaborate on technology initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and strategic goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address investor and compliance-related inquiries and requests.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CLO or structured finance operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with IVP and WSO systems is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and performing detailed reconciliations.
