Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a key resource for employee relations matters in a dynamic organization.
  • Conduct HR investigations into discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and disciplinary issues.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy adherence.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee relations concerns.
  • Advise managers on performance management and disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and implement policies to ensure workplace compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to address employee grievances effectively.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation of investigations and outcomes.
  • Facilitate training sessions on employee relations and workplace policies.
  • Monitor trends in employee relations to proactively address issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations.
  • Proven expertise in conducting HR investigations and resolving workplace issues.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
