Job Description

Overview

  • Manage and grow the rental and service business within the assigned territory, focusing on Oil, Gas, and Chemical markets.
  • Develop profitable sales strategies to exceed annual sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads for rental and on-site project opportunities.
  • Promote and offer a range of rental equipment and on-site services to clients.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and brand promotion.
  • Maintain CRM records to ensure accurate territory reporting and customer management.
  • Provide solutions in cooperation with authorized rental partners, including both company and non-company products.
  • Ensure compliance with sales and service policies to achieve budgetary goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Generate and develop rental business by identifying potential customers and conducting site visits.
  • Promote company products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align service solutions with customer needs.
  • Attend industrial trade shows and exhibitions to enhance knowledge and promote the brand.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for effective customer management and reporting.
  • Prepare competitive quotes and proposals for customers, ensuring alignment with their needs.
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure compliance with policies and achievement of budgetary goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales and service organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably selling technical products and solutions.
  • Proficiency in developing competitive analysis and preparing customer quotes.
  • Knowledge of purchasing processes for turnaround projects is preferred.
  • Existing relationships within the safety industry are advantageous.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Strong CRM management skills to maintain database integrity and reporting.
  • Ability to attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote the brand effectively.
