Overview
- Manage sales operations for rental and service offerings in the assigned territory.
- Promote company products and services, focusing on Oil, Gas, and Chemical segments.
- Develop and maintain profitable sales exceeding annual goals and commitments.
- Collaborate with the service organization and outside sales team to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in outside sales activities with occasional inside sales responsibilities.
- Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and improve knowledge.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain customer data and ensure territory reporting accuracy.
- Provide competitive analysis and prepare customer quotes to secure business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify and develop rental business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct site visits and collaborate with field service technicians to secure sales.
- Promote and align service solutions with authorized rental partners.
- Ensure compliance with sales and service policies to achieve budgetary goals.
- Support the sales team in identifying leads for rental and project opportunities.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and training sessions to enhance industry knowledge.
- Maintain CRM records to facilitate effective customer management and reporting.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in outside sales of technical products and solutions.
- Proficiency in developing competitive analysis and preparing customer quotes.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes for turnaround projects, preferred.
- Existing relationships within the safety industry, preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Experience with CRM tools for customer data management and reporting.
