Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with CPA certification preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in alternative investment management, including hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital.
- Proficiency in fund accounting, financial reporting, and compliance processes.
- Strong management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple client engagements.
- Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Bill.com, Expensify, NetSuite, and Sage.
- Commitment to sustainability and diversity, contributing to organizational initiatives and goals.
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.
