Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and supporting sales initiatives.
- Track engagement across wealth partner platforms to enhance sales efforts and client outreach.
- Analyze territory metrics and wholesaler activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop targeted client lists and deliver analytics to support sales campaigns effectively.
- Collaborate with Strategy & Sales Enablement, National Accounts, and Marketing teams to align goals.
- Assist with ad hoc requests and maintain efficient communication through the Sales Analyst inbox.
- Participate in firm events, meetings, and investment forums to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or economics is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales analytics or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM management and data analysis tools is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for sales and knowledge of financial markets and economic principles.
- Preferred completion of SIE and Series 63 exams prior to hire date.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
