POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Business Developer to join our innovative IT contract and technical staffing division in North Carolina. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, establish strategic partnerships, and contribute to the expansion of our technology-focused services. The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with strong sales acumen, deep understanding of IT staffing solutions, and a proactive approach to client engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to identify and secure IT contract staffing opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends and client hiring requirements.
  • Build and nurture relationships with IT decision-makers and hiring managers to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements to secure new client engagements.
  • Expand existing client accounts by identifying additional staffing needs and opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client interactions and sales activities effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional client service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance market visibility and presence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing or sales-driven roles within the staffing industry.
  • Proven expertise in IT roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effective cold calling and lead generation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of success in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and integrity in business practices.
