Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and logistics for a smooth experience.
- Prepare and distribute interview schedules and materials to ensure readiness.
- Serve as the primary contact for candidate logistics and communication.
- Manage job postings across internal and external boards for accuracy and branding.
- Maintain recruitment systems and ensure data accuracy in ATS and tracking tools.
- Support employment branding initiatives, including job fairs and social media recruiting.
- Ensure recruiting activities align with employment laws and best practices.
- Adapt approaches to meet dynamic hiring needs effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting or HR coordination, ideally in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities and timelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint.
- Clear communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, and managers.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adjusting priorities as needed.
