Overview

  • Lead large-scale commercial and mission-critical construction projects in Columbus and surrounding areas, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Provide executive oversight for complex projects, from preconstruction through closeout, while driving performance in safety, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams during planning phases to ensure project success and operational consistency.
  • Mentor and lead Project Managers, Superintendents, and operational teams to foster professional growth and team development.
  • Engage in business development efforts to strengthen client relationships and support strategic growth initiatives within the Ohio market.
  • Maintain strong communication with ownership groups, design teams, and subcontractor partners to ensure project alignment.
  • Contribute to the organization’s reputation for delivering high-profile work across multiple sectors with a collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide executive oversight for multiple large-scale mission-critical construction projects, ensuring operational consistency and accountability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience overseeing large-scale projects such as mission-critical, federal, industrial, healthcare, aviation, or complex commercial developments.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience managing multiple projects and operational teams simultaneously.
  • Excellent financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to drive project performance related to safety, scheduling, budgeting, quality, and client satisfaction.
