Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing deviations and implementing corrective actions to maintain momentum.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and design specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with 10 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex construction projects successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
