Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Lead subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, and procurement processes effectively.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure alignment on schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications promptly.
- Track project costs and proactively address risks and potential issues to maintain progress.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide comprehensive updates to stakeholders.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management; 8 years preferred.
- Proven ability to manage ground-up and renovation projects effectively.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and financial management.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Procore or similar tools.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
