Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Coordinate with design teams to align project specifications with client requirements.
• Supervise subcontractors and suppliers to maintain schedules and control costs.
• Monitor construction progress, addressing challenges and implementing solutions proactively.
• Enforce safety regulations and quality control measures across all project activities.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, clients, and external partners.
• Develop and implement innovative construction practices and methodologies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in pre-engineered metal buildings and tilt-wall construction techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for effective team and stakeholder management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation processes.
• Familiarity with healthcare renovation and conversion projects is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an on-site capacity.
