Overview

• Lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with field and office teams to streamline operations and achieve project goals effectively.
• Balance office-based tasks with site visits to ensure comprehensive project oversight and management.
• Utilize expertise in estimating and budgeting to manage project scopes and financial performance.
• Supervise self-perform teams in drywall, ceilings, flooring, and painting operations to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage construction projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and self-perform teams for seamless project execution.
• Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and schedules to ensure financial control.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges promptly.
• Lead project meetings, providing clear updates and maintaining stakeholder communication.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards across all construction sites.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and enhancing performance.
• Collaborate with office staff to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 7 years preferred.
• Proficiency in estimating and budgeting for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of self-perform operations including drywall, ceilings, flooring, and painting.
• Ability to manage multiple smaller-scale projects simultaneously with efficiency.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate teams effectively.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
