Overview

- Coordinate scheduling, correspondence, and front desk coverage efficiently.
- Support client onboarding processes, including payment verification and record maintenance.
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems to optimize administrative processes and enhance productivity.

- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and other essential documents during peak periods.
- Upload and manage documents in specialized systems, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
- Update workflows and maintain accurate documentation to support operational efficiency.
- Manage client onboarding processes, verify payment details, and ensure record accuracy.
- Provide front desk coverage, including handling calls, inquiries, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials.
- Assist with correspondence, expense tracking, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage client interactions and support departmental goals.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience; professional services experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective multitasking.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including superior grammar and punctuation.
