Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Design, configure, and maintain connectivity across datacenters, offices, and partner infrastructures.
- Implement and manage Palo Alto firewalls and associated network appliances for security and efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize network performance, addressing issues promptly in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with security teams to manage controls and enhance network safety protocols.
- Document network configurations, topologies, and changes to ensure operational clarity.
- Provide on-call support as part of a rotation schedule to ensure network reliability.
- Assist in the deployment and management of VPN solutions, including IPSec and TLS-based systems.
- Support ongoing projects and initiatives to advance network infrastructure capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering or a related domain.
- Proven expertise in configuring and managing Palo Alto firewalls is essential.
- Strong understanding of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and RIP.
- Experience with VPN technologies, including IPSec and TLS-based solutions.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
