Senior Accountant

Overview

• Contribute to the financial integrity of a dynamic organization as a Senior Accountant in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Perform reconciliations including bank accounts, inventory, and accruals to ensure financial accuracy.
• Support inventory accounting, cost analysis, and revenue recognition processes effectively.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes ensuring timeliness and precision.
• Collaborate with FP&A and operations teams to provide actionable financial insights.
• Utilize ERP systems for financial reporting and process optimization, with a preference for NetSuite.
• Assist in developing and enforcing internal controls and best practices across accounting operations.
• Support external audits and tax filings by preparing required documentation and reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with NetSuite experience highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced skills in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
• Motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
