Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Room patients, obtain vital signs, and assist with clinical assessments to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Accurately update patient medical histories and maintain meticulous clinical records.
  • Perform injections and phlebotomy procedures, adhering to established clinical protocols.
  • Ensure precise data entry into EMR systems to support efficient patient management.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Medical Assisting diploma preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems; experience with eClinicalWorks is advantageous.
  • Skilled in patient rooming, obtaining vitals, and performing phlebotomy procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction.
  • Ability to work flexible weekday hours as required by the clinic.
