Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax advisory services; 15 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in tax planning, compliance, and resolving complex tax issues.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations and practices.
- Experience mentoring and developing tax professionals at various career levels.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, adaptable to a hybrid work environment.
- Director-level experience in tax advisory or similar roles is preferred.
