Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction management; 8 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing commercial and mixed-use construction projects effectively.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in construction.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to drive project success.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for efficient planning and execution.
