- Assist in courtroom proceedings, managing exhibits and providing real-time updates to the legal team.
- Support post-trial activities, including organizing trial records and preparing appellate materials.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage case files, timelines, and discovery logs, ensuring accuracy and organization throughout litigation processes.
- Coordinate document collection and review processes, utilizing e-discovery platforms for quality control.
- Prepare deposition outlines, witness materials, and exhibit sets to support effective litigation strategies.
- Assist attorneys in drafting and formatting factual sections of case documents and briefs.
- Organize trial logistics, including war room setup and technology coordination for seamless operations.
- Collaborate with external vendors for trial graphics, court reporting, and technology support services.
- Archive trial records and exhibits for post-trial and appellate proceedings, ensuring accessibility and completeness.
- Coordinate meetings and case-related events, tracking agendas and ensuring follow-up actions are executed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of an accredited paralegal program is required.
- Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience; trial experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in e-discovery tools (e.g., Relativity, DISCO) and trial presentation software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with litigation procedures and court rules in New York and federal jurisdictions.
- Flexibility to work overtime and travel as required for trials and hearings.
- Experience in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations is advantageous.
