Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate with practice leaders to develop strategic business plans and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and refine pitch materials, RFP responses, and client presentations to support business development efforts.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and client needs to inform strategies.
- Mentor junior team members, ensuring quality control and consistency across projects.
- Develop and manage budgets for business development activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate with lateral partners for onboarding and integration into business development processes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (J.D., MBA) preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years in marketing, business development, or client service roles, preferably in a law firm.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, pitch preparation, and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build credibility with senior lawyers.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement, commuting to the office 3-4 days per week.
