Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a key partner to the Head of People, supporting HR operations and initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and employee orientation to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Schedule interviews and assist with recruiting efforts to attract top talent.
  • Act as a resource for employee questions, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a connected culture across the workforce.
  • Take ownership of wellness, fun, and community service programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Assist with HR administrative projects and operational execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvements and leverage technology for efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.
  • Schedule and manage interviews, collaborating with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead wellness, fun, and community service programs to foster employee engagement.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and contribute to strategic projects.
  • Assist in maintaining a connected and collaborative culture across a hybrid workforce.
  • Utilize technology and AI tools to enhance HR processes and operations.
  • Collaborate with the Head of People to execute operational tasks and strategic goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR technologies and AI tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with phone, email, and video outreach.
  • Adaptability and initiative to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Resourceful and autonomous, capable of independently managing projects.
