Overview
- Serve as a key partner to the Head of People, supporting HR operations and initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and employee orientation to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Schedule interviews and assist with recruiting efforts to attract top talent.
- Act as a resource for employee questions, providing timely and accurate information.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a connected culture across the workforce.
- Take ownership of wellness, fun, and community service programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Assist with HR administrative projects and operational execution of strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements and leverage technology for efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.
- Schedule and manage interviews, collaborating with hiring teams and candidates.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR technologies and AI tools.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with phone, email, and video outreach.
