Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Collaborate with investment teams to determine legal entity structures and establish fund flows.
• Set up new legal entities and monitor deal-related expenses.
• Evaluate currency hedging requirements and ensure funding availability.
• Manage capital injections and distributions across the investment portfolio.
• Coordinate deal restructurings and ensure accurate P&L reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline structuring and maintenance processes.
• Develop improved methods for monitoring and analyzing private investment metrics.
• Deliver operational improvements through project management and technology tools.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or asset management.
• Proficiency in corporate structures, financing mechanisms, and investment products.
• Strong analytical skills with commercial judgment and financial data expertise.
• Familiarity with currency hedging and capital allocation processes.
• Experience with project management and operational improvements.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology tools for data analysis and operational efficiencies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
