Overview

  • Support prospective residents by delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming leasing experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing community benefits and fostering positive relationships.
  • Assist in the leasing process, from initial inquiry to property tours and documentation.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving business objectives.
  • Engage with prospective residents to understand their housing needs and preferences.
  • Provide accurate information about community amenities, apartment availability, and resident services.
  • Adapt to a dynamic business setting while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Work on-site to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Welcome prospective residents and create a positive first impression.
  • Manage check-in processes and accurately document prospect information.
  • Conduct engaging property tours highlighting community benefits.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding leasing processes and resident services.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet leasing objectives and service standards.
  • Support administrative operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent education preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Availability to work weekends is required.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, real estate, or leasing preferred.
  • Previous experience in multifamily residential property management is a plus.
