Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage architectural projects from conception to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and review architectural designs using AutoCAD, Revit, and other software tools.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to monitor progress and compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout project phases.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering skill development and team cohesion.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in project deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, with 10 years preferred, in commercial architectural projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, and Bluebeam preferred.
- Experience in retail architecture and projects involving renovation and new construction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Registration or ability to become registered as an architect preferred.
