Overview

  • Lead and manage architectural projects in commercial sectors, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction in a collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of retail, childcare, and restaurant projects nationwide, emphasizing quality and innovation.
  • Work in a hybrid setting, combining on-site and remote collaboration to achieve project goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage architectural projects from conception to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and review architectural designs using AutoCAD, Revit, and other software tools.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to monitor progress and compliance with specifications.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout project phases.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering skill development and team cohesion.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in project deliverables.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, with 10 years preferred, in commercial architectural projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, and Bluebeam preferred.
  • Experience in retail architecture and projects involving renovation and new construction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Registration or ability to become registered as an architect preferred.
