Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Analyze project specifications and collaborate with project managers and engineers.
  • Conduct market research to determine material and labor costs.
  • Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals.
  • Assist in developing budgets and schedules for upcoming projects.
  • Maintain cost databases and update them with current market trends.
  • Provide cost-saving recommendations and strategies to optimize project budgets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
