Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for tilt-wall and industrial construction projects.
  • Analyze project specifications and collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with budgets.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and validate estimates.
  • Manage bid proposals and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Utilize construction software tools to streamline estimating processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize project costs and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates, budgets, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably with tilt-wall projects.
  • Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial, retail, and corporate finish-out construction.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate cost assessments.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Familiarity with ground-up construction projects and large-scale developments.
