Job Description

Overview

  • Provide occupational therapy services to enhance residents' independence and quality of life through tailored interventions and support.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare teams to ensure effective therapy program implementation and continuity.
  • Conduct evaluations to identify residents' needs and develop personalized treatment plans addressing functional goals.
  • Utilize innovative therapy techniques and adaptive equipment to maximize residents' abilities and comfort.
  • Document therapy progress and outcomes using industry-standard systems for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Provide education and training to caregivers and staff on therapy practices and maintenance programs.

  • Supervise therapy assistants, technicians, and interns to maintain high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
