Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in ICU settings.
- Active NM RN License or compact license with NM license obtained post-start.
- Proven ability to relocate within 30-45 days if required.
- Strong knowledge of ICU operations, patient care standards, and evidence-based practices.
- Experience managing budgets and ensuring compliance with financial requirements.
